Wertland Square offers 2 and 4 bedroom apartments.
Is parking available?
Reserved parking is available at Wertland Square. Additional parking spots are available at GrandMarc at the Corner. Please call 434-293-5787 for more info.
If I pay my rent in full do I get a discount?
At this time there is no discount for paying your rent in advance.
If I'm over 21, do I still need a guarantor?
Yes. All leases are required to have a guarantor. If an approved guarantor cannot be obtained, Greystar Management will accept a security deposit. The security deposit is $500 for a two bedroom apartment, and $1000 for a four bedroom apartment.

What do I need to hook my computer up to the Internet?
Our internet is provided through an Ethernet system. Your computer will need an Ethernet card and cat5 cable. Most computers purchased within the last few years will have a built in Ethernet card.
Will you send me a bill each month for rent?
We do not offer a billing service for rent. However, you will receive a monthly statement for your water and sewage usage.
When can I move in?
We have 12 month leases that start in June, July, and August. Perfect for summer school and/or grad school students looking for an earlier move-in date!
Renewal Questions
When do I start paying the new rent amount?
On the first day of your new lease.
I'm graduating in December, can I still renew?
Contact the office for details on the options available to you.
If I renew, do I have to move out and then move back in?
When you renew and choose to stay in your current spot, no moving is required!
Can I request different roommates?
We want you to be comfortable here, and we will do everything we can to accommodate your roommate requests.
If I renew, will my guarantor have to sign again?
No. Your guarantor doesn't have to do anything extra!
How do I renew my lease?
We know how busy you are, so we have made
the process as quick and easy as possible. Renewing is a easy as
"1,2,3"! Just following these steps:
1. Open your renewal email from us.
2. Review the terms, and click "Accept"
3. Follow the prompts to sign the new lease agreement.
